摘要：

白细胞介素-18(IL-18)是近年来发现的一种重要细胞因子,具有多种生物学功能,在机体感染与免疫过程中具有重要作用。以下就IL-18的结构、生物学效应及其在脓毒症免疫功能紊乱中的作用作一综述。
