<正>下背痛（low back pain,LBP）被定义腰骶部的急、慢性疼痛,通常包括肋骨下缘至臀下皱褶以上的疼痛,伴或不伴下肢放射痛[1]。近年来,慢性下背痛的患病率呈上升趋势,增加了人群致残率和医疗成本。研究表明,人群中下背痛的终生患病率高达85%[2]。LBP通常被分为特异
