导师自主性支持对博士生科研产出的影响机制研究

摘要：

分析了导师自主性支持对博士生科研产出的影响,以及创造性人格和构想自我效能感在其中发挥的作用,通过对148名即将毕业的博士生的问卷调查进行了假设检验。结果表明,导师自主性支持对博士生科研产出具有正向影响,构想自我效能感在上述关系中起完全中介作用,创造性人格对自主性支持与构想自我效能感之间的关系起正向调节作用。从自主性支持、构想能力和创造性三方面提出了相应的政策建议。
