摘要：

本文运用模糊数学的有关理论对基于案例的推理（ＣＢＲ）系统进行了研究，设计了基于模糊推理的ＣＢＲ支持系统──ＦＢＣＢＲ，分析了ＦＢＣＢＲ解决问题的步骤，完成了ＦＢＣＢＲ模糊推理的数学模型。
