脑卒中后Wallerian变性和康复预后相关性研究进展

摘要：

累及大脑半球及神经纤维通路的中枢神经系统慢性病变(如脑梗死、脑出血等)也可发生Wallerian变性,其病理特点与发生在周围神经的Wallerian变性一致。运动功能恢复程度和Wallerian变性程度之间有明确的相关性。本文就脑卒中后Wal-lerian变性的特点及Wallerian变性与运动功能康复预后的相关性研究进行综述。
