摘要：

基于组织双元理论和动态能力理论,以双元创新为切入点,研究动态环境下双元创新在解决新创企业成长问题的过程中发挥的关键作用。双元创新作为企业的动态能力,其形成是多种不同类型的前因变量(基础能力和行为)交互作用的结果。通过对167份高科技新企业样本数据进行实证分析,验证了市场导向和战略柔性通过增补和互补作用的发挥,有效促进了双元创新能力的形成,发掘了双元创新在市场导向和战略柔性交互与新企业成长之间发挥的中介作用。
