人均预期寿命背景下延迟退休的决策依据探讨

摘要：

探讨在人均预期寿命延长的背景下,延迟退休年龄的理论依据与政策建议。通过对男女预期寿命、不同收入水平人群的预期寿命,以及对其他不同工作技术要求的人群的预期寿命比较,发现收入低者、女性,以及低技术水平的劳动者在法定退休年龄延迟的决策下会处于不利地位。因此建议延迟退休年龄的决策不能单一实施,必须有配套的政策,保护弱势群体的长远利益。
