安氟醚对心肌酶及心肌肌钙蛋白的影响

摘要
目的观察吸入不同浓度的安氟醚对心肌酶及心肌肌钙蛋白的影响,探讨该药对心脏的影响。方法60例按美国麻醉医师学会分级为ⅠⅡ级拟行气管插管全身麻醉手术患者随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV四组,分别吸入1%、2%、3%、4%的安氟醚。于吸入安氟醚前(T0)、吸入安氟醚1h(T1)、2h(T2)、4h(T3)、吸入后24h(T4)取静脉血,测乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)等心肌酶及心肌肌钙蛋白-I(cTnI)等生化指标。结果四组吸入安氟醚后各时点上述各心肌酶及心肌肌钙蛋白与吸入安氟醚前比较无明显变化(P>0.05),各时点组间比较无显著差别(P>0.05)。结论临床常用浓度的安氟醚对心脏不会产生不利影响。
