摘要：

近年来,人们对骨髓中非造血干细胞研究的兴趣日益增加。间质干细胞(mesenchymal stemcells)是第一个从骨髓中分离的非造血干细胞,除支持造血功能外,间质干细胞能分化成成骨细胞、软骨细胞、腱细胞、脂肪细胞、平滑肌细胞、神经元细胞等。其具有体外高度扩增、多向分化、可被移植等特性。在造血干细胞移植、组织修补、基因治疗等领域有着广泛的临床应用前景。本文就间质干细胞生物学特性及其在造血干细胞移植中的应用前景作一综述。
