摘要：

活化的巨噬细胞产生的NO及PGF2均是非蛋白质的免疫调节因子，但它们的分泌合成过程中均需蛋白质的合成。它们在合成及作用特点等方面有许多相似之处，且它们在产生过程中相互影响。本文就此作一综述。
