摘要：

总结分析了造成鼻饲误吸的危险因素有意识障碍、鼻饲管位置与固定不当、鼻饲体位不当、鼻饲管过粗、胃内残留量多、气管切开与机械通气、输注速度与注入量不当,并提出了相应的护理措施。
