稀土掺杂的纳米发光材料的制备和发光

摘要
概述了用溶胶 凝胶法制备的纳米Y2 SiO5∶Eu及燃烧法合成的纳米Ln2 O3∶Eu(Ln =Y ,Gd)的发光性质 ,包括它们的激发光谱、发射光谱、荧光寿命 ,以及这些性质随颗粒尺寸的变化。着重介绍了稀土掺杂的纳米发光粉中浓度猝灭受到抑制的现象 ,认为这一特性为纳米发光材料的实际开发应用展示了广阔的前景。文中还对X1型Y2 SiO5∶Eu纳米粉中的不同发光中心的发光 ,和它们之间的能量传递作了讨论
