骨质疏松症慢性疼痛机制的研究进展

摘要
骨质疏松症是中老年常见的退行性疾病之一,其最常见的临床症状为疼痛,尤其是腰背部疼痛,目前骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的发生机制仍未阐明。近年来,随着对骨质疏松症慢性疼痛发生发展机制研究的不断深入,发现其与破骨细胞活性、中枢敏化、脊柱畸形、情绪状态等因素关系密切。结合骨质疏松症和慢性疼痛的发病机制探索骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的机制对于寻找有效缓解骨质疏松症患者疼痛症状的治疗方法具有积极的指导意义。此外,结合生理与心理因素对骨质疏松症慢性疼痛进行干预,将有助于骨质疏松症慢性疼痛的治疗。
