脂肪组织与瘢痕形成关系的思考

摘要
机体在受到创伤后其创面愈合的过程中由于过度纤维化而形成瘢痕,瘢痕会影响关节功能以及外观。目前临床常用的治疗瘢痕方法包括弹力套加压、硅酮敷料外用,或者采用手术松解瘢痕,改善部分功能,这显然与人们的预期疗效相去甚远。目前研究发现脂肪组织可以抑制瘢痕形成并且通过一些临床试验和基础实验研究也发现脂肪组织、脂肪来源的脂肪干细胞(ASC)及其分泌的一些细胞因子也对瘢痕形成有一定的抑制作用。但是相互作用的机制不明确。本文就脂肪组织与瘢痕形成的关系作一综述。
