电力市场的输电费用计算问题要求知道各发电厂对各输电线路的利用份额和应分摊的网络功率损耗 .这些问题可归结为电流追踪问题 ,是经典电路理论无法解决的问题 .提出了两个公理 ,在此基础上建立了电流追踪问题的数学模型 ,进而利用图论原理开发了计算电流追踪问题的高效算法 ,并以数字例说明了算法的有效性 .
