他汀类药物与卒中治疗的临床研究进展

摘要：

他汀类药物可通过竞争性抑制羟甲戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)阻断胆固醇的合成。临床研究证实他汀类药物治疗可以显著降低卒中的发生与再发,改善卒中患者的预后。应用他汀类药物治疗卒中已经成为继阿司匹林及降压药物治疗后最重要的临床进展。本文综述了他汀类药物在临床治疗中的进展,并分析了其可能的作用机制。
