雌激素对皮肤老化影响的研究进展

摘要
皮肤是雌激素在非生殖器官中最大的靶器官,绝经后雌激素水平的下降加速了皮肤的老化。雌激素或激素替代治疗(HRT)通过雌激素受体作用于皮肤,使皮肤表皮厚度、被覆皮脂及保湿能力增加,真皮中胶原量、细胞外基质增加,从而延缓或预防了皮肤的衰老。HRT治疗有助于缓解皮肤衰老,但不建议单独用来治疗皮肤老化;雌激素局部治疗有效、安全,但仍需进一步研究。
