模拟服役环境下热障涂层损伤趋势的红外原位检测技术

热障涂层会显著提高航空发动机和燃气轮机的运行温度和热效率,其服役工况复杂,一旦失效后会严重影响热端部件的服役性能,甚至引发事故,因而对热障涂层内部损伤进行无损检测是十分必要的。文中利用红外热成像技术,在燃气加热、高温度梯度和冷热交替循环的模拟服役环境下对多组热障涂层的损伤趋势进行了原位检测,提出了利用红热辐射差异水平参数ΔTR表征了热障涂层内部缺陷的扩展趋势的方法。涂层内部缺陷的寿命周期可分为稳定阶段(<50%~60%热循环寿命)、热异常扩展阶段和加速失稳阶段(>80%~90%热循环寿命),在热异常扩展阶段可预判失效区域和剩余寿命,而加速失稳阶段可确定缺陷区域即将剥离失效。
