摘要
<正>多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期妇女常见的一种内分泌及代谢紊乱性疾病,临床表现有较大异质性:可发生无明显临床症状的卵巢多囊样改变,也可表现为典型的月经失调、多毛、排卵障碍及不孕和卵巢多囊样改变等症状。还可能与高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤和心血管疾病等疾病相关。目前PCOS的病因和发病机制尚不十分清楚,但广泛认为胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)和高雄激素血症是PCOS的重要病理生理变化。而氧化应激(oxidation stress,OS)不仅在IR、慢性炎症、肿瘤、老化和各种代
