美国应急管理组织间网络研究述评

摘要：

由于应急管理需要多个部门之间、多个组织间的合作与配合,因此应急管理已经成为研究组织网络的一个非常重要的领域。本文整理了近年来美国应急管理领域的组织间网络相关研究,重点评析社会网络分析在应急管理研究中的应用。本文介绍了美国应急管理中的多层级、跨部门组织间网络,并着重分析应急管理组织网络的四个方面的问题:参与应急管理的组织,组织网络的结构特点,组织网络的绩效评估,以及社交媒体下的应急信息网络分析。本文旨在总结评述已有文献,并对应急管理中的社会网络分析相关研究提出科研展望。
