摘要：

<正>下肢静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是指血液在深静脉内不正常地凝结、阻塞管腔,导致的静脉回流障碍。DVT轻者可引起患肢肿胀、疼痛等,重者可致急性肺栓塞(pulmonary embolism,PE)从而导致死亡或造成血栓后遗症,剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成会威胁母婴健康,并长期影响产妇生存质量。据报道孕产妇静脉血栓的发病率约为0.5‰～3‰在围产期死亡病例中约占10%,且孕产妇发
