<正>异位骨化(heterotopic ossification,HO)是指在正常情况下没有骨组织的组织内的骨形成,根据成因可分为获得性及原发性两大类型。其中获得性HO包括:创伤后骨化性肌炎,可以源于任何形式的肌肉骨骼系统的损伤,如较常见的骨折、脱位、人工关节置换术、肌肉或软组织挫伤及较少见的肾脏、子宫、阴茎及胃肠道等手术或创伤;创伤后神经源性HO,
