摘要：

Three compounds were isolated from the ovum oil of Rana temporaria chensinensis David. by column chromatography,and they were i dentif ied by examining their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic analys is as cholesterol,palmitote and palmitic acid.The fatty acids in the ovum oil of Rana temporaria chensinensis David. have been analyzed qualitat ively by GC-MS and 21 kinds of the compounds were identified.
