大众传播媒体对德里的家庭主妇结核病控制知识的影响

背景:印度德里的家庭。目的:研究大众传播媒体活动的到达情况及其对家庭主妇结核病(TB)防治知识知晓情况的影响。设计:对居住在德里超过6个月的家庭主妇进行的基于社区的横断面调查。结果:在所有接受访问的920名受访妇女中,74.2%在1种或几种大众传播媒体上看到有关TB的健康信息。多数受访者能够回忆起曾经看过公告牌或是电视。通过任何1种大众传播媒体看到TB 相关知识者,在调查中正确回答相关信息的被访人员所占比例更高。调查显示,广播和新闻作为传播TB信息的载体,有效性比电视和公告牌有所局限。结论:大众传播媒体对于将TB信息传播到社区的家庭主妇(尤其在发展中国家)起到有效作用。根据我们的研究发现,建议使用并加强电视和公告牌作为传播工具向目标人群传播针对TB控制的相关信息。
