大肠癌中p53基因mRNA表达的定量研究

摘要：

以反转录-聚合酶链反应定量技术分析36例大肠癌及20例正常大肠粘膜中p53基因mRNA转录表达。结果发现,大肠癌中p53表达显著高于正常大肠粘膜(P<0.001);肿块直径大于5cm组p53表达显著高于小于5cm组(0.01<P<0.05);Dukes D期中p53表达均非常显著高于Dukes A期(P<0.01)、B期(P<0.001);中分化组p53表达显著高于高分化组(0.01<P<0.05);有远处转移组p53表达也非常显著高于无远处转移组(P<0.001)。结果提示,p53基因转录水平在大肠癌发生早期即已出现明显变化,并与大肠癌恶性进展、侵袭性行为密切相关,反映了大肠癌的恶性状态。
