人体足部三维有限元模型的有效构建方法及其合理性的实验分析研究

摘要
为建立足踝生物力学数字仿真研究平台,应用逆向工程原理,通过对序列螺旋CT图片处理建立足部三维实体模型,然后对其进行有限元网格划分。关节软骨、韧带、肌腱和足底软组织的建模过程参考了大量解剖数据和标本实验结果,并巧妙地利用杆单元和壳单元使模型得到合理简化,又逼近生理状态。为验证模型的有效性,对7具新鲜离体标本进行实验,在电子万能试验机加载条件下,用数字散斑相关法测量位移。实验结果充分论证了模型的有效性和临床应用安全性。在与实验比较和相互比较的基础上,本文还证明跖筋膜末端联接在跖骨头上的模型更具合理性。
