摘要
中国神华煤制油深部咸水层CO2地质封存示范项目(以下简称"神华CO2封存项目")是国内首个以封存为目的的CO2咸水层封存示范工程。CO2封存监测是保证该工程顺利进行,确保后续无CO2泄漏的重要举措。通过长期的监测,从地下CO2运移和潜在泄漏风险的角度,开展了全面监测工作,形成了完善的监测体系。其中,浅层地下水监测是国际上监测CO2泄漏的重要手段,也是封存区周边居民最为关心的问题。通过对封存区周围地下水长期的监测,未发现CO2泄漏的存在,初步证实了封存的安全性。同时环境保护部2016年发布了《二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存环境风险评估技术指南(试行)》,为后续监测提供了重要依据。
