神光Ⅱ特殊光束强度分布条件下的均匀线聚焦系统

摘要：

在神光Ⅱ特殊的激光光束强度分布条件下 ,通常使用的等宽柱面透镜列阵线聚焦系统不能获得均匀的线聚焦。考虑神光Ⅱ输出激光光束特殊强度分布的影响 ,优化设计并制作了不等宽单元柱面透镜列阵 ,获得了良好的均匀线聚焦结果 ,在X光激光实验中良好的使用效果表明这一设计是有效的。
