摘要
<正>脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)系指原发性而非外伤性脑实质内出血,其急性期病死率为30%~40%,是急性脑血管疾病中最高的[1]。脑水肿是自发性脑出血后最重要的继发病理变化之一,也是患者病情恶化和死亡的主要原因。
