<正>类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种病因不明的自身免疫性疾病,常表现为进展性、关节结构破坏性炎症,病变晚期可造成关节畸形,严重影响生活质量,其中关节畸形是一种不可逆性的损害。据统计,类风湿关节炎的发病率为1%,好发于40～60岁
