摘要：

尼日利亚1995年投资促进委员会第15号法令是规范尼日利亚外国投资的主要法律。该法令从征收及国有化担保、货币风险担保、诉诸法院及享受正当程序权利和投资争端解决四个方面为外国投资者提供了保护,极大地吸引了外资流入,促进了尼日利亚经济的发展。
