<正>内镜黏膜下剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)是1990年日本首先开展的用于早期消化道肿瘤和癌前病变治疗的内镜新技术,目前已在亚洲许多国家得到推广应用。与内镜下黏膜切除术(endoscopic mucosal resection,EMR)相比,ESD具有能实现较大
