年轻恒牙再生性牙髓治疗机理及支架的探究

摘要
[目的]探讨再生性牙髓治疗(regenerative endodontic treatment,RET)的机理及其支架材料,为临床选择治疗方案提供参考。[方法]从RET的机理、适应症及支架材料等方面予以阐述。[结果]RET的机理是牙髓血运重建;可作为RET的支架材料有血凝块、胶原、聚合物,但部分尚存在争议。[结论]RET作为一种新兴技术,有较好的应用前景,但其治疗机制还有待进一步明确,故尚需对其进行深层次的研究。
