摘要：

从物联网基础出发,介绍物联网的射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)、传感器网、物联网的功能、与其他网络的关系、物联网的支撑技术等,并举例说明物联网在智能电网,智能交通,智能物流和电子保健等生产生活领域中的应用。指出物联网产业与应用在未来发展中面临的各种挑战以及我国发展物联网技术需要关注的问题。
