摘要：

2004年,我国实施了包括取消农业税和农业直接补贴等在内的一系列使农民受益的政策,实现了我国农业经济政策的大变革。但是从实际调查和数据来看,上述政策对农民收入提高和粮食产量提高的作用是相当有限的。本文分析了上述政策的实际效应,并从政策执行的角度分析了其原因,并对上述政策执行的前景给予了展望。
