本文简要介绍了血清和组织血管紧张素转换酶（ＡＣＥ）测定方法的进展及在肺部疾病诊断中的意义。对慢性缺氧、肺肉芽肿疾病导致ＡＣＥ活性增高机理进行了初步的探讨，对血清ＡＣＥ测定用于肺癌及肺栓塞等疾病诊断的前景进行了分析。
