中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒对膝关节急性滑膜炎患者ESR、IL-1、TNF-α的影响

摘要：

目的探讨中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒对膝关节急性滑膜炎的疗效及红细胞沉积率(ESR)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法选择2014年11月至2016年11月本院接诊的92例膝关节急性滑膜炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各46例,对照组给予滑膜炎颗粒口服,观察组联合自拟中药方外敷。两组均以10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前后ESR、IL-1、TNF-α及症状积分的变化,并比较两组疼痛、肿胀缓解时间、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,两组ESR、IL-1、TNF-α和疼痛、肿胀、活动度积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛、肿胀缓解时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生。结论膝关节急性滑膜炎患者应用中药外敷联合滑膜炎颗粒治疗效果显著,可有效缓解关节疼痛、肿胀,改善关节活动度,其机制可能与调节ESR、IL-1、TNF-α的表达相关。
