文章综述了蛋白质组学及蛋白质组学在植物蛋白研究中的应用。重点阐述了植物光合作用蛋白的研究、种子发育时期特异蛋白的研究、逆境条件下蛋白表达的研究、植物次生代谢物的研究。并对未来植物蛋白质组学作了展望。
