摘要：

重型颅脑损伤后病人常见胃肠动力障碍,可引发严重的营养不良、免疫功能低下、感染、脓毒症和多器官功能障碍等并发症,预后较差。其防治受到了临床的高度重视,且是一大难点。以下就重型颅脑损伤后胃肠动力障碍及早期肠内营养支持方法作一简要综述。
