腹腔镜手术CO2气腹对机体的影响

摘要
腹腔镜手术中需要CO2气腹维持操作空间,随着腹腔镜技术的进步,目前较大手术亦可以在腔镜下完成,手术时间相对延长,CO2气腹对内脏器官的压迫及气体的吸收均给患者的机体造成一定的影响,现就CO2气腹压力变化及气体吸收对机体功能的影响,给予综述。
