食管癌变组织和非癌变组织低密度脂蛋白受体水平的测定

本文用125I—LDL为配体测定了15例食管癌（9例鳞癌、6例腺癌）病人的癌变组织和非癌变组织匀浆中低密度脂蛋白受体（LDL—R）水平,并进行饱和分析和Scatchard作图,同时测定了两种组织的匀浆蛋白质和DNA含量,以探讨LDL代谢与食管癌的发生、发展间关系。结果显示两种组织匀浆中LDL—R亲合性、特异性无明显差异;但癌变组织中蛋白质、DNA、LDL—R含量均明显高于非癌变组织;癌组织LDL—R含量明显高于非癌组织,鳞癌LDL—R含量改变似与分化程度有关,分化越低,LDL—R含量越高。本文采用同一个体癌组织与非癌组织对比,可能更为准确地反映其LDL—R变化情况。
