国外老年教育信息化的发展及启示——基于澳大利亚、美国和英国的经验

摘要：

信息通信技术特别是互联网技术在激发老年人用全新方式积极参与生活方面具有相当大的潜力。研究表明,技术不会成为推动老年教育信息化发展的拦路虎。澳大利亚、美国和英国通过建立虚拟第三龄大学在推进老年教育信息化发展的方面取得了重要经验,对我国今后老年教育信息化的发展有重要启示。我国的老年教育信息化正从无到有、以点到面、由弱变强中不断发展,有效利用国外经验将有利于顺利推进这一进程,引领广大老年人搭上时代"数字快车",融入社会。
