摘要：

<正>星状神经节(stellate ganglion,SG)又称颈胸交感神经节。1883年Liverpool和Alexander在结扎椎动脉治疗癌症时,误伤了颈部交感神经,却得到了意外的明显镇痛效果,引起人们对阻断星状神经节这项治疗方法的广泛关注。此后许多年中,曾一度采用外科颈部交感神经离断术治疗癌性疼痛等疾病。
