低频率工况下模块化多电平变流器电容电压平衡控制策略

摘要
针对应用于高压变频的模块化多电平变流器(MMC)在低频率工况下会出现子模块电容电压波动较大的问题,该文对电容电压波动机理及其抑制控制方法进行了研究。首先,根据MMC的工作原理,设计载波移相调制方法;其次,从理论上分析子模块电容电压波动机理,并在此基础上提出一种适合于低频率工况的电压平衡控制策略;最后,通过仿真验证了控制策略的正确性与有效性。该控制策略可以降低各子模块开关频率,在低频率工况下对子模块电容电压波动有良好的抑制效果。
