摘要：

提出了一种用于数字视频监控系统中运动人体检测和报警的算法,该算法是一种基于背景减除法的运动目标检测算法,同时采用一种基于统计关系的双阈值分割,能够有效地检测出图像中的运动人体。实验结果验证了上述算法的有效性。收稿日期:2003-04-28
