摘要：

白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8),又称趋化因子CXCL8(CXCL8),是一种炎性趋化性因子。IL-8通过受体CXCR1和CXCR2产生多种生物学功能,包括促炎性细胞趋化、促血管生成、促有丝分裂和诱导细胞增殖等。研究发现IL-8与多种疾病尤其是肿瘤的发生发展关系密切,特异性地阻断IL-8及其受体CXCR1/2有望成为多种疾病的潜在治疗策略。
