摘要：

急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)是中老年人常见病,以发病率、致残率、复发率和病死率高为主要特征,给家庭和社会带来巨大的经济压力。早期确诊后,立即采取有效个体化治疗措施,重通血管,改善脑循环,对提高临床预后有着至关重要的意义。急性脑梗死介入治疗具有重通血管时间短、重通率高、临床预后好等优点,已经成为当前治疗急性脑梗死的研究热点,近几年发展尤为迅速,本文就国内外介入技术应用于急性脑梗死治疗的新进展作一综述,以期为更好解决临床工作中相关问题提供参考。
