<正>血管性眩晕可表现为典型性和非典型性。非典型性血管性眩晕以孤立性眩晕为主要表现,诊断难度较大,目前对此仍然认识不足。近年来,越来越多的临床研究表明,孤立性眩晕可能是后循环缺血很常见的临床表现形式。这些血管性孤立性眩晕发作,大多并未发生小灶脑梗死,只是一种短暂性脑缺血发作(transient ischemic attack, TIA),笔者称之为前庭TIA(vestibular TIA)。这种TIA与表现为其他症
