<正>白癜风是一种常见的局部或泛发的色素脱失性皮肤病,病理上主要表现为黑素细胞的减少或消失,可分为节段型和非节段型。其详细的发病机理目前仍不完全清楚,主要有遗传、自身免疫学说、神经化学因子学说、黑素细胞自身破坏学等。医学模式已转变为生物-社会-心理-行为模式,因此,对白癜风病因的研究,也应放在新的医学模式下进行。
