新兴市场企业如何塑造组织韧性——基于路径构造理论的案例研究

摘要
新兴市场企业更易于遭受不利因素和事件的冲击。由此,塑造组织韧性对于企业的生存和可持续发展具有重要意义,但关于"如何"塑造组织韧性及其形成过程等关键问题还未得到充分的解答。基于路径构造理论,以一家遭受政策冲击的企业为案例研究对象,提出了组织韧性发展的过程模型。研究发现:(1)组织韧性经历了从路径突破、路径创造到路径强化的发展过程;(2)这三种路径结果分别提升了三种能力,即战略变革能力、知识更新能力和市场适应能力;(3)组织学习与机会空间的相互作用引发了路径突破、路径创造和路径强化。这一研究不仅对组织韧性领域具有理论价值,同时对新兴市场中遭受冲击的企业具有实践参考价值。
